When will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days after the order being placed. Shipment will arrive in between 15-25 business days after the shipment, depends on the availability of the carrier provider and location.  We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by carrier service. 

Due to COVID-19 situation, orders may take extra 2-4 weeks to be delivered since we are taking extra procedures to ensure the health and safety of our staff, warehouse employees and our customers. We work out best to comply with social distancing recommendation and guidelines from healthcare service.  

How am I able to follow my order?

A tracking number will be given to you via Shipping Confirmation email that sent to your email address as stated in your order form. You can track your request at 
www.17track.net . Please make sure you provide the correct email when you place an order.

Customers may not be able to track the order immediate after the payment as time are needed for the carrier provider to collect goods and update information online. Please kindly use the online tracking service after 5-10 days. For worldwide orders, more time will be needed. Thank you very much for your patience and understanding. 

What is the transportation/ shipping rates?

We have a fixed shipping rate of $5.99 USD, applicable to all available locations, regardless of the product and total weight of your order. 

We do not charge tax from our customers. 

Which nations are available for shipping? 
 

Generally speaking, we ship around the world with very few exceptions. If your location is not yet available for shipping, you will be notified right away. For any inquiries, please contact us via support@polariodsky.com . 

How to change my Shipping Address?
You can reach us through support@polariodsky.com to demand for changes. Changing of address is just permitted before 11:00pm (PDT, - 7 GMT) on the indistinguishable day of fixing an invitation . 

Am I allowed to ship to an alternate location that defer from my credit card charging address?

Yes, you can enter a shipping address in the designated column. 

How can I change my Shipping Address?

Changing of address is only allowed on or before 11:00pm (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day of placing an order. You may contact us via support@polariodsky.com to request for such changes.

How is my request transported?

Orders are shipped during regular business days, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
